Section 21
Recognition of educational qualification certificate or degree
: (1) The council will recognize the academic qualification certificate or degree of engineering subject provided by any educational institution.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the certificate or degree of educational qualification recognized by the council and the name of the educational institution which awarded such certificate or degree shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
